Updated September 22, 2026 · Free-play beta
Robinscape stores information needed to run the game, save progress, investigate bugs and limit abuse. Please do not put passwords, wallet keys or sensitive personal information in bug reports or game messages.
Game accounts and play
This includes your username, a password hash, registration and session information (including IP addresses and a browser device identifier), saved character progress, inventory, upgrades and run statistics. Gameplay events and moderation-related records may also be stored.
Your browser
The embedded game uses browser storage for preferences, a device identifier and, if selected, a remembered username. Clearing browser storage can reset those preferences; it does not delete your server account. The Robinscape quick-login feature does not intentionally save your password.
Bug reports
Reports store your description, optional character name, ticket/retry identifiers, timestamps and open/resolved status in a private admin inbox. Spam controls use a keyed hash of the submitting IP address.
Old rate-limit records are cleaned up during successful requests; report contents do not currently have an automatic expiration. Resolving a report does not delete it. Admin access uses an eight-hour session cookie.
Hosting and backups
The website and game use hosting/CDN services that may process requests and keep their own logs. Game and report data are backed up. Scheduled local backup archives normally rotate after seven days, but manual and recovery copies are separate; this is not a seven-day deletion policy for your account. General account and gameplay-log expiration is not automated.
No optional analytics SDK is currently installed in the website.
Current limits
The bug inbox is not an account-ownership verification, password-recovery or deletion service. Self-service account deletion and a verified account-request process are not available yet. Do not send identity documents or credentials to the bug inbox.
These limitations remain launch issues; publishing this notice does not resolve them.
